International Women’s Day: Meet Titan’s best!
It’s International Women’s Day! On this date, we celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
We also want to take this moment to introduce the wonderful team of dedicated women who provide their time and talent to Titan. Meet Yessi, Alice, Sarah, Tess, and Rachel.
Alice, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With an extensive background in Business Development, Alice joined Titan as VP of Strategy & Growth in June 2018 from our parent company, Bloq. She was one of the first to come on board!
After three and a half years of relentless work and dedication, and many successful projects she was deservedly appointed Chief Operating Officer.
Alice is the main point of contact between Titan and investors and handles our organization’s institutional relations and partnerships. Some of her achievements include:
- Successfully completing SAFE-T round, securing the trust and interest of industry leaders like Coinbase Ventures, Bloq, Fenbushi Capital, Element ASA, and several others.
- Sales of over $6M in LMR during our private sale with renowned names like Cadenza Ventures, Fundamental Labs, Outlier Ventures, Tribe Capital, Digital Finance Group, Caballeros Capital, and 11–11 DG Partners.
- Organizing and coordinating our public token sale on Tokensoft, in which the community purchased over 43M LMR, representing another $15.7M.

Yessi, Head of Business Administration
Yessi joined Titan in January 2019. Originally an Executive Assistant, she worked her way up to Head of Business Administration through tireless resilience, top-notch project coordination and management, and magical multi-tasking.
Some of us believe she has an identical twin — it’s the only possible explanation for everything she gets done in so little time!
Yessi is the glue that holds the whole team together and handles Titan’s day-to-day behind the scenes with extreme smoothness and efficiency. Thanks to her, everything we need is already there before even asking.
Sarah, Social Media & Community Manager
If you’re an active Lumerin community member, chances are you already know Sarah pretty well. She joined our team in April 2021 as a Telegram moderator, but her predisposition, warmth, and willingness to help our community quickly made her stand out.
In the blink of an eye, she became our Social Media Manager, constantly engaging with our community, answering questions, and providing support to anyone who needs it — both in our social channels, but also in-house. Our community loves her and so do we!
Sarah leaves her mark on anyone she engages in conversation with. If you want to meet her, just join the Lumerin Telegram channel. We strongly encourage and recommend you to do so.
Tess, Social Media & Community Manager
After our social channels’ exponential growth at the end of 2021, we needed a new team member to keep our community engaged and make sure everyone was heard. Fortunately for us, we found Tess.
Tess joined in January 2022. She enjoys great experience in social media, community management, and digital marketing; and she reflects that day after day in every interaction. Just like Sarah, she’s also earned a well-deserved place in the hearts of our community.
Ambition and enthusiasm instantly take over the room whenever Tess is in it. Ever since joining, she has expanded our reach to new audiences and taken on the initiative to create new, engaging ways to interact with our community.
Rachel, Growth & Guerrilla Marketing Manager
Last but not least, Rachel joined Titan in February 2022 and is one of our newest team members. She’s an expert in experiential marketing and branding with a knack for coordinating, organizing, and executing unforgettable events.
Although she hasn’t been with us for long, Rachel’s already shown her eagerness and devotion by hitting the ground running from day one.
Rachel adds a new, enriching perspective on every aspect of community engagement, and has already launched several projects to bring Titan, Lumerin, and the general public closer together.
We’d love to tell you more about all the fascinating experiences she’s planning for you, but we don’t want to ruin the surprise!
